A Moment of Wellness: What’s Going Well?

As the pandemic lingers, it’s easy to focus on everything that’s going wrong. Yet, reflecting on what’s going well in our lives helps us stay hopeful, energized, and motivated. This was the focus of my latest Moment of Wellness: What’s Going Well? It includes some ideas to consider incorporating in the coming days and weeks, especially as we get ready for a different holiday season.

But, remember, “different” can end up being a blessing too. So let’s turn on creativity and remain open to new ways to celebrate the love, the joy, and the good in our lives.

Stay well, stay connected, and remember to be good to yourself!
