Last year I was honored to be among the faculty and presenters at the first-ever AAFP Physician Health & Well-being Conference in Naples, FL. It was an inspiring, informative, and practical conference focused on supporting physicians so we may care for ourselves, our families, and the people we serve more effectively while also addressing inefficiencies and providing tools and strategies to maximize our practice of medicine. Below is a short video of my interview with the American Academy of Family Physicians on Reconnecting with Your Purpose.
This year the conference has moved from the beach to a lovely desert surrounded by lakes (links below!) in Phoenix, Arizona. I look forward to speaking about ways to recapture joy and a sense of meaning and purpose in medicine. Join us for the Family Physician Health & Well-being Conference in Phoenix, June 5-8, 2019. I can’t wait to return to Arizona and to this conference. In 25 years in medicine, I’d never experienced anything like it!
This conference focuses on you — practicing physicians and physicians in training — to support and equip you to thrive in medicine and in life.
Book your tickets now and invite a colleague! This experience can take your practice and life in a whole new direction. Let me know if you have questions and I hope to see you there!
